Still on Stand 17 at 06:00 is Gulfstream 450 N845G c/n 4053..due out at 18:25 to Washington-Dulles ..departed 18:04

Still on Echo at 06:00 should be Falcon 2000EX N221QS c/n 54

Routeing through the overhead at 10:10 on its way to St Mawgan is "Raven 04" Ravenair P68B G-PART

Landing at 10:37 is Cessna 525 CitationJet CJ2 OO-CEJ c/n 525-0172 parking Echo ..departed 11:36

Going through the zone at 11:05 from Wenvoe to Minehead is "Electricity 24" AS355F1 G-OHMS

Landing at 11:13 is Cessna 172 G-BHUG parking southside ..departed 12:13

Landing at 11:56 is PA-28 G-BPMR parking southside ..departed 12:42

Due in at 14:31 from East Midlands is Beech 350 N37172 ..landed 13:59 and parking on echo.

Entering the hold 15:35 Sentry AEW.1 ZH102/02 8/23/54Sqn c/s "NATO 17" ..overshoot 15:50, 16:02 and departed home for Waddington.

MOD St Athan Information - EGSY 07/25

To spot here you're best off taking the B4265 St Athan to Llantwit Major road. From here you will see a railway bridge that leads to a paved track that runs along the fence and runway. This track leads to an unmanned entrance gate and is under CCTV surveillance. If you use this track, please park at the far end, not on the verges, as it is used by wide farm vehicles and delivery lorries. All a/c in outside storage can be seen from the bridge itself. The track can also be accessed via St Athan village via Llantwit Road opposite the Church. To view the Caerdav hangar (Twin Peaks) and scrapping area continue westbound along the B4265, past the West Gate entrance and turn right at the traffic lights. Follow this road to the T-junction and turn right onto the new road. The entrance road to the South Wales Aviation Museum is left at the next traffic lights, views can also be had from here as it's the only convenient stopping place. Be aware there are regular Security and Police patrols around the airfield and you may be stopped and questioned.
